It was a great opportunity and an amazing day representing the VFW during the Preston 250th Parade on Sunday, 17 May. It was good to see the smiles, shake the hands and be welcomed by fellow past and present military members, familiar faces of the community, and complete strangers.

What an amazing group of people! From cutting trees to painting torpedoes! A huge thank you to all of the volunteers from Naval Submarine School, Post and Auxiliary Membership who assisted with the Preston VFW Post 9452 Spring Cleanup. We could not have done all of the work without your support.
