National Shooting Sports Month is the perfect time to take someone to the range for the first time. 🎯

If you're the one bringing a friend, here's how to set them up for success:

🔵 Call ahead — most ranges have rental guns and safety briefings for beginners.
🔵 Start with a .22 — less recoil, more confidence, more fun.
🔵 Let them go at their own pace. This isn't a competition.
🔵 Make it fun. Celebrate every hit, every step forward.

The best recruiter for this sport is a woman who loves it. Be that woman. 💙

GOALS 2026 was one for the books. ❤️

As President of WOMA, Erica spent the convention connecting with sponsors, catching up with friends, recording episodes of the Amateurs & Experts podcast, building new relationships and, best of all, sharing the experience with her daughter.

Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from an unforgettable GOALS. Thank you to everyone who made this event so special—we can’t wait to see you all again next year!

Behind every WOMA event is a mission that matters. 💙

She Never Quit exists to support female veterans and first responders — the women who gave everything so we could enjoy the freedoms we pursue in the field, on the range, and on the water.

If that mission speaks to you, share this post. Help us find the women who need to know we exist. 💙
