Women carry so much every single day, responsibilities, expectations, stress, mental load and the pressure to constantly keep up.

For Rhonda Pitts, decorated competitive angler, member of the USA Bass Team and WOMA Board Member, fishing became more than a sport. It became a way to slow down, breathe, reset and release some of that weight.

And when she teaches other women to fish, she’s not just helping grow the sport — she’s helping create space for women to reconnect with themselves, build confidence and find peace in the outdoors.

This Mother’s Day, maybe the greatest gift isn’t “doing more.”
Maybe it’s making time to simply breathe.
