A 100% VOLUNTEER organization proud to serve the Township of Collier and our first due neighborhoods of Beechmont, Federal, Nevilleside, Nevillewood, Neville Park, Presto, Summerfield Estates, Summit Ridge, Tuscany Ridge, and Walker's Ridge. Firefighting is not the only function we perform and there are many important jobs on our team!!! Whether you choose to donate your time helping neighbors on

emergency incidents, raising the funds to keep our mission going, or general administrative support, we have a place for you! The Presto VFD hall is available for a variety of events, such as anniversaries, birthday parties, bridal & baby showers, meetings, and graduation parties. We also rent tables and chairs for your events at home!

The members of Presto Volunteer Fire Department would like to extend our sincere thanks to Collier Township Home Depot for their generous discount on building materials for our bunk room project.

Another productive breakfast work detail is underway, and our station upgrades are coming along nicely! đźš’
We were also excited to have some of our members’ families join us and lend a hand. We truly appreciate everyone who takes the time to support our department and help make our station the best it can be.

We’re always looking for new members—not only those interested in becoming firefighters, but also individuals who want to help with station projects, fundraising, community events, and other important activities.

Busy day at the firehouse today!The day started with a water main break in Bridgeville. Shortly after crews returned to the station, we were toned out for a possible house fire in Collier Township. Fortunately, the fire was contained to the dryer. Crews quickly removed the appliance, ventilated the home, and ensured the scene was safe.After returning to the station, crews completed truck checks and washed the bay floor. Once all the chores were finished, lunch was served.We were also joined throughout the day by our partners from Collier Township EMS.Great work by all involved and another successful day serving our community. đźš’đźš‘

As part of our volunteer’s health and safety initiative, all 5 vehicles are now hooked up to a Plymovent exhaust extraction system. Funding for this was provided through a US DHS AFG grant and a PA DCED LSA grant.
