🍬✈️ WE'RE READY FOR SATURDAY! 🎃

Our test drops were dialed in today, and we're primed and ready for our first-ever Candy Drop at Northern Aroostook Regional Airport!

Here's what Saturday afternoon will look like:

🕑 2:00 PM – Gates Open! Come meet the pilots and check out the airplanes before the candy drop!

🍬 2:30 PM – CANDY DROP! Spectators will move behind the barricades into the designated viewing area as our planes make multiple passes overhead, dropping candy!

🚨 SAFETY FIRST! Once ALL candy has been dropped, and ALL planes have safely landed with their engines shut down, the barricades will open for candy and trinket collecting!

✈️ 3:00–4:00 PM – Meet the Pilots! Visit with our pilots at their planes, where they'll be handing out even more candy until 4 PM!

🎃 Bring your candy bags and Halloween spirit! We can't wait to share this fun afternoon with our community!

SEE YOU SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24TH! 🍬✈️

A fantastic turnout for Young Eagles on a gorgeous Aroostook County fall day! Approx 128 kids were able to take a flight over the beautiful landscape. Thanks to all volunteers, pilots, participants, parents/guardians of the attendees and City of Presque Isle airport employees.

On Friday, July 10 at Presque Isle International Airport, there will be an opportunity to learn about missionary aviation: what it is; how to support it; how to serve in it. Linnie Weeks of Samaritan's Purse will be speaking. And, if the weather permits, Linnie will have his airplane present that has "Jesus Saves" painted on the bottom of the wings.

In addition to promoting missionary aviation in general, there will be opportunity for teens to learn about opportunities to pursue aviation. Perhaps one day a teen you know will be a "PIlot with Purpose" flying to the ends of the earth.
