The Launch Pad Teen Center The Launch Pad is a Non-Profit Teen Center for Quad City Youth. Open M-Th 2:30pm-8:00pm and Fri 1-6pm.

We offer after-school drop in programs, academic mentoring, art and music programs, clubs, workforce development, and internships.

9 teens, 4 staff, 3 volunteers, and 2 hosts came together for a weekend of adventure, connection, and unforgettable memories.

From swimming and fishing to laughter and friendship, many of the boys said they didn’t want the weekend to end.

We’ve been getting incredible updates from the TAC teens and TLP crew in Greece! 🇬🇷✨

Before forum activities officially began, the group explored the breathtaking cliff-top monasteries of Meteora — described as amazing, windy, wild, and completely unforgettable after a 14-hour tour day. They also spent time on the island of Hydra, which quickly became another highlight of the trip.

In between excursions, they’ve been hoofing it all over Athens, soaking in the history, culture, and everyday life of the city.

Now, forum activities are officially underway, and the experience has shifted into deeper conversations, leadership development, and global connection alongside youth from around the world. We can’t wait to continue sharing more updates from their journey!
