We are beyond grateful to the incredibly talented members of the Mountain Top Quilters Guild for creating over 300 beautiful handmade placemats for our homebound neighbors.

Your kindness, creativity, and dedication have brought warmth, color, and comfort into so many homes. These placemats are more than just fabric—they’re a reminder that our community cares deeply for one another.

Thank you for sharing your gifts and helping us brighten the lives of those who need it most. 💖

Today we had a special guest from the Yavapai Sheriff's Office, Captain Jared Winfrey. He came to thank the guild for providing quilts to their offices throughout Yavapai County. His stories (and mixing up blankets for quilts) had us either laughing or crying.

He shared how our quilts comforted, especially children, who survive car crashes when their parents didn't, children affected by Narcotics raids or removed from homes where there was all types of abuse. They also work directly with the schools and other agencies to bring awareness of a child's trauma so they can receive help, support and counseling. He shared a personal story about adopted children receiving quilts and still having them years later.

He presented Diane Stockhaus a certificate of appreciation for the Guild's support signed by Sheriff Rhodes."

Mountain top Quilters Guild
2024 Quilt shoW EverY QUilt is a Memory

Friday May 31, 9aM -5pM and saturday June 1,9aM-4pM

Over 300 quilts on display! Admission is $10 at the Door. Admission covers both days.
Location: Findlay Toyota Center, 3201 N. Main Street, Prescott Valley, AZ.

Shop in the Boutique for items made by members, including table runners, placemats, wall hangings, and many small items appropriate for gifts. The Boutique accepts cash or credit cards.

Vendors will have clothing, quilting, sewing items, home goods and much more for sale and will also raffle off great gifts throughout the day.

Tickets will be available for our Opportunity Quilt as well as others at $1 each or 6 for
$5. The drawing for the winner of our quilt will be announced at 3 p.m. on Saturday and the winner need not be present to win. The quilt can be mailed anywhere within the continental U. S.

A presentation twice on Friday and once on Saturday of “Quilts with A Story” which will present quilts submitted by members along with a unique story about the history of the quilt.

Saturday at 2:00 we will hold our Small Quilt Auction. Make sure you are there to bid on one of the many beautiful handmade quilts.

Healthy food and refreshments will be available for purchase. However, no food may be brought into the facility.
