❤️ Thank you, Prescott Farmers Market! ❤️

A big thank you to the Prescott Farmers Market for welcoming Prescott Meals on Wheels and giving us the opportunity to set up a booth, connect with our community, and share more about our mission!

We loved meeting everyone who stopped by, learning more about our community, and sharing how we serve our homebound neighbors. It’s moments like these that remind us how special Prescott is and what can happen when our community comes together to support one another. 🫶

We truly believe in neighbors helping neighbors, and we’re grateful to be part of a community that cares so much! A huge thank you to our Volunteer Outreach Committee for being out at there, spreading the word, and advocating for Prescott Meals on Wheels! ❤️

Want to get involved? Whether you’re interested in volunteering, donating, or learning more about what we do, we’d love to connect with you!

🇺🇸 We’re proud to be at the U.S.VETS- Prescott event today!

At Prescott Meals on Wheels, we’re honored to serve the Veterans in our community. Last year, we delivered community, nourishment, and care to 157 homebound Veterans right here in Preacott and Prescott Valley.

We’re incredibly proud to serve those who served us. ❤️🇺🇸

If you’re a Veteran, come out and see all of the amazing resources and support available to you! There are so many incredible organizations here ready to help.

Come say hi to our team while you’re here!
Neighbors helping neighbors. 🇺🇸

Delicious soup, full hearts, and people who show up for their neighbors. That is what the Empty Bowls of Prescott Arizona looked like this year.

We were so proud to be part of it. Chef Joseph and Dorothea were serving up bowls of delicious soup, all to benefit our local food banks and the neighbors they feed.

Events like this remind us of what our community does best. We come together, we share what we have, to help make sure no one goes hungry.

Thank you Prescott for showing up with so much heart. We are already looking forward to next year. 🥣

🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🐾

For our homebound neighbors, a dog is so much more than a pet. It's a reason to get up in the morning and a loyal friend in a house that's often too quiet.

Social isolation is real, and it can be as harmful to their health as any illness. But a wagging tail at the door changes everything. 💛

That's why our Animeals program matters. Our homebound neighbors will share their own meals before letting a beloved pet go hungry, so we make sure no one has to choose. Last year, we delivered 4,258 pet meals to keep these companions healthy and right where they belong. If you are interested in learning more about our Animeals program please visit: https://prescottmealsonwheels.org/animeals/

Now we want to meet YOUR best friend! 📸
👇 Post a photo of your pet in the comments and tell us, in ONE word, what they mean to you. 👇

Did you know August is National Make-A-Will Month? 📝

It's the perfect nudge to do something many of us put off: making sure that our wishes, and the people and causes we love, are protected on paper.

This month, we're sharing simple reminders about wills and estate planning. And if Prescott Meals on Wheels and our homebound neighbors are part of your legacy plans, we'd love to talk. Learn more:
