We extend our gratitude to the Maricopa County Sheriff office Mounted team. Our Young Marines gained valuable insights into the significant impact police horses have on patrol, particularly in managing river patrol, riots and engaging with local communities, as well as their role within the team. The exceptional staff of the Mounted Team dedicated several hours to educating our Young Marines on various aspects of horse care, highlighting their remarkable abilities. Additionally, they participated in cleaning stalls and learned about the responsibilities associated with animal care.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Deputy Cesolini, a 35-year veteran of the Maricopa County Sheriff's office, for providing our Young Marines with invaluable training and experience as a Lake Patrol and SWAT Paramedic. Our Young Marines have undergone rigorous training in first aid, and this course underscored the importance of wound care and proper treatment to control bleeding. We thank Deputy Cesolini, and our Young Marines are deeply grateful for his expertise and that of his EMT team.

The Granite Young Marines are fortunate to be collaborating with one of America's strongest leaders and training facilities. Today, we spent the day with their Med Tac team, simulating a life-like active shooter scenario as victims. Our Young Marines provided responding professionals with hands-on experience in handling various situations. Thank you to the Gun Site staff for their ongoing support. We are deeply appreciative of everything they do for our unit and the community.
