📍 SLCT Flag Football World Championships | The Star in Frisco, TX

The Hurricanes brought the heat this past weekend, and I could not be prouder of how our athletes competed and represented the organization on a national stage.

Here is the weekend rundown:

🏈 **7U:** Played tough all weekend! Dominated their way to the top but lost the championship in a way that was no fault of their own. Our motto is simple: Keep pushing and never leave it up to the refs to decide.

🏈 **8U:** Played awesome all weekend but came up short in the semifinals to a great NTX Bolts team. Way to fight!

🥈 **9U:** Played great all weekend but fell short in the final. **Championship Runner-Up!**

🏆 **10U:** This team has had a year of many highs and lows but ended the season with a bang! Battled through pool play, came out Sunday, and swept the bracket, finishing as **CHAMPIONS!**

🏆 **12U:** This team has been battle-tested and answered the call in a big way. They dominated all weekend long and took down one of the top teams in the championship, crowning them as **CHAMPS!**

🥈 **13U:** They battled injuries from the start of the season to the end but never quit. They adapted to changes and finished strong. Played great all weekend long but came up short in the final. **Championship Runner-Up!**

🏆 **14U:** The big boys came to play! Down a few players with injuries, but that didn’t stop them from competing at a high level. They dominated their opponents and finished the weekend as **CHAMPS!**

This wraps the season for some of us, but we are not finished. This organization is the standard, and we have many more years ahead!

I want to give a massive thank you to all of our coaches, parents, and families for another successful year. Without you, we are not able to do this for our kids!
