See attached Culver Park Plan-specifically the inclusive playground.
It is #29 on this map. No imagery yet, as it has not been designed.
Goal is for it to be farm themed with several inclusive playscape elements.

Just a reminder that annual HOA fees were due 6/30. We have quite a few outstanding. Whether we like it or not, the original developer and the Village agreed that the HOA is responsible for maintaining the front corridor (sealed by our covenant)--that is the main use of the HOA funds. Hopefully being a covenanted neighborhood adds value to your home🙂

For any neighbors who noticed that the grass around the trees near the path in the front of the neighborhood is dead--this was done on purpose. There will be mulch added eventually. This is to allow the tree roots to breath--hopefully keeping the trees healthy for a longer period of time. This was done on the advice of an a legitimate horticulturist and master gardener.
