💜 🍀 🍉 The Waller County 4-H Horse Club had a fantastic time participating in the Hempstead Watermelon Festival Parade this morning! It was a beautiful day to represent 4-H, our horses, and our community.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to cheer on the parade participants and support this wonderful hometown tradition since 1907. We are proud of our riders and horses for doing such a great job, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of another memorable Watermelon Festival!

A huge congratulations to all of our amazing Waller County 4-H Horse Club members who dedicated countless hours to completing their 4-H Record Books!

A record book is so much more than paperwork. It tells the story of a year’s worth of hard work, goal setting, learning, leadership, community service, and personal growth. Every member who submitted a record book should be incredibly proud of their accomplishment.
