In honor of Rhett Carter.

As many of you know, our friend Rhett Carter went to be with the Lord this week. His family has asked donations to be made in his honor to The Public Timber Project.

These donations will primarily be used for the Rhett Carter Memorial Bible Fund. These bibles will be handed out as we feel led.

It is safe for me to say that without the Thrive Wellness Center, I wouldn’t be able to make it on the hunting and fishing retreats we do! If you are in Northwest Arkansas you need to go let them help you to get back to those things you enjoy!

This verse throws a lot of people off! We ask for money, a new truck, material things and when we don’t receive them, we feel like God has let us down. Sometimes when we ask for those things we get them. Not everything we ask for fits into God‘s purpose and God‘s will, but everything that you ask for that does fit into his purpose and will that is what the scripture is talking about!  Ask for things in your life that will glorify God and see what happens!

The culture of the church and passivity of men can’t have me! Strong men, build strong homes which build strong churches, and strong communities. Wake up Men! You don’t have to apologize for being a man, but you do have to LEAD because that’s what the Word calls you to do!
