Okay everyone. We are still in Kenya for a short while longer. We leave here on the 26th. Avis and I have identified a huge need and have already spent all we had for these kids. The need is for mosquito nets. But, to get the ones that will last and cover their bunk beds, we need to build a farme on top of the beds to hold them. The initial cost for this is a lot. It will take about $1600 USD. I know this is so much to ask for and even if you can’t give it all, every donation of any amount will help. I would like for this to be done before we leave. Caring for orphans and widows: This phrase emphasizes the importance of actively helping those who are vulnerable and underserved, reflecting a practical love for others that is consistent with God's character.

Keeping yourself unspotted before the world: True religion involves separating oneself from worldly influences and avoiding behaviors that compromise one's integrity and moral character.

It’s not about rituals or formalities we associate with religion, it’s about demonstrating a genuine faith through actions that reflect love and care for others, and a commitment to living in a way that honors God.

Bartholomew Children’s Home is not only taking care of orphans, but we also care for local widows. We are committed to sharing the hopr and love of God through His Word and in deeds. As many of you know, Avis Goodhart and I are making another trip to Kenya as Go Ye Ministries continue our work at BCF, (our orphanage, Bartholomew Children’s Family), and staying active in our 12 churches spread throughout Kenya. The churches and BCF are operating under a non profit status registered in Kenya.

As we continue our work there, we need monthly sponsors as well as one time donations and things bought through our Amazon wish list.

We are leaving on July 9, and returning on August 27! We are excited to be able to return and watch our children’s progress there and visit our churches to see the impact they make on the communities they are in and hear about the souls won for Christ!

All donations are 100% tax deductible and 100% will go directly to the missions we do. Avis Goodhart and I will be traveling to Kenya again in July! I have created an Amazon Gift list of some things we need. I may add to this as time goes on. I have so appreciated the response from our last registries. If you have questions, please feel free to message me.

The children at BCF (Bartholomew Children’s Family) are in need of assistance. Due to a recent influx of children, our donations are insufficient to meet their needs. Currently, we have constructed 10 bunk beds on-site, but require mattresses, blankets, and sheets. Unfortunately, some of our mattresses are completely worn out. Below is a list of our needs and the associated costs. Any contribution, whether it be a single item or the entire list, would be greatly appreciated. We require 36 mattresses, priced at $40 each, totaling $1440. Additionally, we need bedding sets (sheet and blanket) for six beds, priced at $15.50 each, totaling $93.00.

Last weekend at the crusade in the Mathare Slums and Sunday morning spent with new converts. So many lives changed and souls saved! God is so good!

Go Ye Bartholomew Children’s Family - Amazon Gift List -Hello everyone. We are getting a great response to our registry again! Thank you to everyone that has donated to date. Avis Goodhart and I are going back on the 24th of September so there’s not much time left to get things here.

If you would prefer to donate cash, we have many projects that need done. The biggest would be building our road for $26,000. We are probably short $3,500.00. We also need to add more solar panels so we have enough power during the winter months. Anything is greatly appreciated!
