One week from today‼️Join the WVNFC in a freshwater ecology sampling event and help further understand your watersheds in your backyard!🐟🦞🦟

Come see the fun on Saturday, March 30th at noon at Prickett's Fort State Park. There will be an electro fishing survey and a siene net demonstration by the wonderful biologist and friend Cameron Layne! We hope to see y'all there!

The native brook trout was named West Virginia’s state fish in 1973, but it predates the state the AFFF calls home. Stop by and see what the Native Fish Coalition West Virginia Chapter is doing to protect theirs’ and other native species’ homes here in the Mountain State at the Festival.
