Our Mission: Matthew 25:40 Car Care Ministry is committed to providing automotive services, including repairs, parts, and education, to the underserved communities of Cobb County and beyond, guided by the biblical mandate to serve the least fortunate. Matthew 25:40 Car Care Ministry (CCM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing automotive services to the underserved communities of Cobb
County and its surrounding areas. Our mission is rooted in the biblical principle of serving the least fortunate, as outlined in Matthew 25:40. By offering repair services, low-cost parts, and educational resources, we aim to alleviate transportation barriers and empower individuals and families to lead more productive lives. In 2001, David McCoy, our chairman, was asked to assist a client from Community Outreach at his church with car troubles. This marked the beginning of several such engagements, leading up to early 2002 when the Car Care Ministry (CCM) was officially started in a livestock barn that had been recently acquired through a land purchase. Over the years, this barn underwent several improvements and upgrades, eventually transforming into a full-service auto repair center. Both men and women from a local church, as well as from other churches in the area, dedicated their time and resources to support and expand CCM. For 22 years, the CCM faithfully served the residents of Cobb County and the surrounding communities. On a few notable occasions, we even extended our services overseas to Puerto Rico, Belize, and Nigeria. Recently, we found it necessary to pause our ministry due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we are actively working towards resuming our mission and continuing the work we are passionate about.
