Last night we teamed up with Brazeau Dive and Brazeau Fire to practice a surface rescue on Lee Lake! The scenario was a boat had capsized with 3 children on it. The worked on dispatching resources, deploying the rescue boat, the banana boat (as I call it) which is a rapid deployment rescue boat, lifting patients out of the water safely and life saving skills from our Ambulance crew. It was a great training and a little fun was had! Thank you to Angie and Pat Algrim’s children for volunteering as victims along with Paige Tuell!

Thank you to our member, AJ Darga for representing Brazeau Ambulance at the Coleman parade and throwing candy for all the kids! Him, his daughter Magge and his granddaughter Millie did a great job!
