Join us in Congratulating Jim Kuchenbecker on his retirement from Brazeau Ambulance! Jim has been a devoted member for 13 years! Not only has Jim driven for us, he is the main organizer and chairman of our Fundraiser Committee! One could argue his wife Amber volunteered more of her time than he did (KIDDING JIM) but either way we are going to miss him dearly. Jim always has a smile on his face and is full of jokes! The whole Kuchenbecker family really stepped up and showed the community what being a volunteer is really about. So not only congratulations to Jim but thank you! And thank you to the Kuchenbecker family for all the time, dedication and support you’ve shown us through the years 🥹

Join us in Congratulating Keri Warrichaiet on her retirement! Selfishly we don’t want to see her go, but are excited to see her spend more time with her family and do more traveling! Keri has been with Brazeau Ambulance for 13 years as a first responder! Prior to us, she served with Kaukauna-VandeBroek! Keri always volunteered to help with fundraisers, vegetable cutting for our annual picnic, she served as our clerk/treasurer and always helped with training! We will miss you Keri, Congratulations🎉

UPDATE: Marinette County plows are back out working to clear the county roads and highways. Please remain off the roads as much as possible to give them room to work to clear the snow at this time.

*****

We have been advised that the highway crews are pulling the plow trucks off the roads at this time because of conditions. That being the case, we may be unable to reach you for some time if you become stuck on the roadways, so please refrain from travel until the storm passes and they can safely plow the roadways. We do have two of our officers on snowmobiles that will respond to emergent calls only as they can. All other calls will remain holding until the roads can be cleared.

We have several vehicles in the ditch and vehicles stuck in the roadways, in addition to emergent calls that we must respond to. We are doing our best, but cannot keep up at this rate. Many areas are impassable or experiencing white-out conditions. Please do not travel unless you have an emergency until the worst of the storm has passed and the road crews are able to get out to clear roads.
