Annual Community Lighted Christmas Parade People coming together to Celebrate the True Meaning of Christmas with Family and Friends

The Annual Community lighted Christmas Parade was put together by a few local Business Owners in the Village of Pound to give people the opportunity to come out and visit with family, neighbors and friends, to celebrate without any cost to them with an opportunity for them to help out the needy in the community with food and money which is raised by donations. Following the parade come to the Com

munity center to enjoy chili, hot chocolate, coffee, apple cider and cookies with music . Santa is excited to ask the children what they would like for Christmas and give them a bag of candy. The floats are amazing and everyone is excited to see them come down the street. So do yourself a favor and check out the parade I promise you will not be disappointed.

We are extremely sad to announce our December 13, 2025 Lighted Christmas Parade has been cancelled due to extreme cold coming -30 with wind chill. Everything donated will still be donated to pantry’s in area. The Christmas ornament contest at Katie’s will still be judged on Saturday. Thank you to everyone who wanted to help and hopefully everyone stays warm and safe.
