Poultney Food Shelf The Poultney Food Shelf serves the towns of Poultney (VT), Middletown Springs (VT) and Hampton (NY). A 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

The Food Shelf is located at The Stonebridge, Beaman St., Poultney, and is open every Tuesday from 3 to 5 PM.

Again, if the schools are closed due to snow or for any other weather-related reason, the Food Shelf will also be closed.
