Caring Clowns International

We are an all volunteer 501 (c) (3) organization who clown to help awaken the human spirit: making people laugh and helping to heal. and developing
countries.

(Suquamish, Washington) -- Caring Clowns International is an all-volunteer, IRS tax exempt
501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization comprised of clowns across the U.S. and several other countries. These clowns donate their time at over 80 events
internationally and across the U.S. including orphanages, children’s and other hospitals,
events for homeless children and adults, residences for abuse

d women and children,
schools for the disabled, retirement centers, VA hospitals, events for kids with down
syndrome and disabilities, and children whose parents are in prisons and correctional
facilities, community events and private parties. Members have clowned and supported nonprofits operating in Afghanistan, Angola,
Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, the Caribbean, the Dominican Republic, England,
Ethiopia, France, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Italy, Kenya, Mexico, Nepal, Peru, Russia,
Sierra Leone, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, Uganda, the Ukraine, Vietnam, and
throughout the United States. Thousands of children and adults have received red clown noses, balloon sculptures, toys and stuffed animals. According to Jed “Duffy” Selter, president of the board and acting executive director,

Caring Clowns International helps to fund humanitarian projects through other well established nonprofits. “We clown to help awaken the human spirit, making people
laugh, helping them to heal and connecting people to their individual humanity,” he said. The organization’s goal is to raise and responsibly donate $5,000,000 to help needy
children in the world. To date, Caring Clowns International has donated over $302,000
in funds and equipment supporting many nonprofits in the U.S.

As always Clown Duffy is always helping children anyway he can. His heart is an open book and as such he has written a wonderful tale to help our children navigate their lives.

Clown feet are always so fun to see, they bring smiles to you ... and smiles me.

But these clown feet are different , for they have crossed the globe... going to far away places ... most of us will never go.

Giving a SHOUT OUT and a THANK YOU to our clown Scooter for entertaining the kids, and adults, who came to celebrate Cameo Boutiques 38th year of business!

He was an absolute pro at making his wonderful balloon creations all while sharing his sweet stories and jokes.

He was the hit of the event! 🤡

We also handed out many noses and shared our CCI mission with all who came!
YAY!!!

Here Ye, Here Ye....Our clown Scooter will be representing CCI in Union, Wa this weekend!!!

He will be making Balloon Animals and entertaining the guest coming to Cameo’s Boutique 38th year celebration!

The Haus of Birdi and Kooyah Kups will also be present and will be donating a percentage of sales to CCI!!! Yay!

CELEBRATE CELEBRATE

Match 21st was the day we alllllll got to celebrate ... WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY! 😁YAY!

Last Sunday the DOWN SYNDROME ASSOCIATION of Snohomish County, Wa had a 2 hour “zoom/drive by’ event held at Forrest Park in Everett, Wa.

Our clowns FLOSSY, LALA and SCOOTER (along with 5 volunteers) had a kick of a time sharing Smiles, Giggles and Entertainment all while handing out goodie bags to 28 cars filled with 75 peeps!!!

We are so grateful to be asked to participate in such a wonderful and needed celebration ✨🧚🏻‍♀️
