Happy December 1st GWP FAM!

Just a reminder, there are only 19 Days left for you to help us fill the Toy Closet at the Children’s Hospital and the local Food Pantry to help our local families that are going through the most unexpected and unimaginable challenges this holiday season.

We hate to say this… but donations are at a STAND STILL. Since the first day we posted and Lodge 333 and MaryAnn G donated, nothing else has come in. The drop boxes around town are also EMPTY.

We get it. Times are though! But even it each of our friends / followers could Venmo $20, we could do the shopping for you and it would go a long way.

Please consider spreading the TRUE MEANING OF CHRISTMAS and the love of the Holidays this year and help us, help our community!

Over the last 24 Months The GWP has quietly been continuing to uplift Women & Children and Causes Close To Our Hearts & Mission, that directly impact The Hudson Valley!

WE👏🏼HAVEN’T👏🏼FORGOTTEN👏🏼ABOUT👏🏼YOU👏🏼

In an effort to respect the ever changing climate around the world, we felt it best to take a less public approach to our efforts and shoulder the campaigns ourselves… at least temporarily.

In 2023 / 2024 and 2024 / 2025, we were able to proudly give:

* Over $20,000 in Toys to MF Children’s Hospital, UCFEP, FPC, Outreach Poughkeepsie, RMH, and etc. for the Holidays;

* FILL the Thanksgiving Pantry at the HVRMH and provide meals and toys for 10 families;

* Broker a 6 Figure Donation for the expansion of services at the local children’s hospital;

* Partner with community vendors to offer Dinner and Dining for OCFS Families and Staff;

* Donated $1,500 in supplies and food to local animal shelter;

* Donated over $5,000 in Halloween Costumes for HV Trunker Treat;

* Donated over $3,000 in supplies and children’s clothing to needy families; and etc.

It is because of these efforts, that we are PROUD TO ANNOUNCE, that for the 3rd Year In A Row - The Girly Wolfpack Project has been named a Starbucks Good Neighbor and Awarded The Neighborhood Grant!

We are Honored to SERVE YOU, BLESSED to be able to continue on with our mission and partner with such wonderful community based organizations, and we are HUMBLED by the recognition!

Support Poughkeepsie Snug as they continue to UPLIFT Poughkeepsie and raise awareness about gun violence and its impact on our community!

The Poughkeepsie SNUG Team is VITAL to this community and provides a continuous stream of positive peer mentorship, fun educational events, family friendly activities, and most of all, EVIDENCE BASED PROGRAMS that have directly lead to the decrease in gun violence in their canvass area.

This Team deserves a round of applause and our support, as does the community and its residents!
