If you have rowing experience and love being on the water, this could be your chance to give back to the sport, work with junior or adult athletes, and help grow rowing in the Hudson Valley.

Experienced coaches are welcome — and former high school or collegiate rowers interested in coaching should reach out, too.

If you love rowing and want to spend your mornings on the water with the next generation of rowers — this one's for you.

We're looking for coaches at all levels: whether you work with total beginners or competitive juniors and masters, we have a spot for you on our team.

The details: 📅 June – August 🌅 Morning/Afternoon/Evening sessions 🧒 Athletes of all ages & skill levels 📍 Poughkeepsie, NY

What we're looking for: ✔️ Rowing coaching experience at any level ✔️ Patience, positivity, and a love for working with kids and/or adults ✔️ Morning/Afternoon/Evening availability (Mon–Sat) ✔️ CPR/First Aid certified/NYS Boating License/USRowing member/SafeSport/Level 1 Certification (or willing to get certified)

Former collegiate rowers, club coaches, and emerging coaches are all encouraged to apply!
