Latinx Student Union de Vassar

The Latinx Student Union is an organization founded to address the needs and concerns of Vassar's Latinx community and to serve as a support group.

Insta: Poder Latinx is an organization founded to address the needs and concerns of Vassar's Latinx community and to serve as a support group. Its purpose is to promote communication and understanding between the members of Poder Latinx and the other members of the Vassar community through forums, lectures, and other social events. It also serves to create a network between Poder Latinx

and other Latinx communities, particularly in the local area, in order to provide strength and support in dealing with Latinx issues. All members of the Vassar community are eligible to become members of Poder Latinx. Particular effort is made to recruit Vassar Latinx students, for whom the group is founded. Full membership in Poder Latinx, as in any serious organization, is contingent upon regular attendance at meetings and other active forms of support.
