At our last Dutchess County Toastmasters meeting, we were deeply inspired by Rocky’s talk, “Sink or Swim.” His gripping account of surviving a mountaintop near-death experience taught us invaluable lessons about resilience and determination. During the Table Topics session, Angel Mary shared her emotional story of narrowly escaping a car accident, reminding us to live each day to the fullest because life can change unexpectedly.

Today’s meeting was truly eye-opening and inspiring. David, our Toastmaster of the day, showcased exceptional leadership. He ensured everything ran smoothly while providing insightful feedback that enriched our experience.

Our latest Dutchess County Toastmasters meeting at Norma’s was a blast! Shantha kicked things off with an eye-opening speech about the world’s oldest bird, reminding us how crucial it is to keep our planet clean for future generations. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Dutchess County Toastmasters hike last Sunday! We were delighted to share in the awe-inspiring beauty of nature together. From winding trails to panoramic vistas, every step was an adventure filled with camaraderie and discovery.
