Dutchess County is continuing to invest in the long-term strength of our communities. County Executive Sue Serino has announced new funding to support local organizations that expand access to housing, improve neighborhood infrastructure, and strengthen services for families across the county.

These investments don't just improve quality of life, they also help to create the conditions where businesses can grow, talent can thrive, and communities can attract new opportunities. Strong neighborhoods and stable housing are essential building blocks of a vibrant local economy, and this support will make a meaningful difference for residents and employers alike:

Dutchess County Executive Sue Serino has announced $1.2 million to be awarded for 14 projects through the County’s 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
