I’m sorry it’s been quiet around here! I have been unbelievably busy, in preparation for our move.

First, thank you to everyone who contributed to Grimace’s vet fund. He is scheduled for Tuesday evening. 🙏🏼

Some other updates:
Leo went to his forever home today!
We still have 11 beardies who are waiting for homes.
Spike the dragon went to a foster this afternoon.
We are still waiting on culture results for Jasper.
Next Saturday the 13th we’ll be at the

Two beardies were seen by the vet today. First up was Jasper. He was put under anesthesia to have his eye checked out. Well, more specifically the mass *near* his eye. They removed a plug (for lack of a better word) so an infected or clogged tear duct seems like a likely possibility. Fluid was taken from the mass to be sent out for a culture. His treatment plan is to be determined.

Regarding Grimace.. Recently I noticed a sudden drop in weight. We did bloodwork and dropped off a f***l sample. Results expected in a few days. Grimace has decided to trash his enclosure tonight to express his utter dissatisfaction.

Today’s vet visit was $846.46, thank you for making it possible 💕

Today is a busy day. Jasper spent the night at the vet so his eye can be examined under anesthesia. He had been scheduled for Thursday but I had to reschedule due to a personal scheduling conflict. I will be picking him up after work.

Grimace will be seen today as well. Recently I noticed he had dropped some weight so we’ll do bloodwork & a f***l. 🤞🏼
