Arlington Teachers' Association The Arlington Teachers' Association represents approximately 750 active certified ed professionals

The ATA has been the exclusive bargaining agent for teachers in the Arlington School District since 1967. The union negotiates, administers and enforces collective bargaining agreements; protects the rights of staff through the grievance and arbitration process; and engages in political activity on behalf of our members and students. We also provide the benefits Dental, Vision, and Personal Health

Account through a Welfare Trust Fund. Our union is part of the 600,000 member New York State United Teachers (NYSUT). We are affiliated nationally with the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), and are proud to be part of the AFL-CIO. Arlington teachers strive to maintain and build a healthy and meaningful relationship with the community we serve. We believe communication between parents and teachers creates an atmosphere of cooperation and a unity of purpose that ensures the highest level of achievement for our students.

Beekman Elementary’s Kickball for Life Team is hosting a special evening of crafting on June 17th at Board & Brush in Wappingers.

Join us for a fun night out where creativity meets community—all in support of the American Cancer Society. Did you know 20% of every project will be donated directly to ACS?
