Hello everyone! My name is Karalyn Manzione and I created this page to highlight the beginning of my next adventure.
I created Rosie's Garden after being inspired by my own family. My family members are the kindest, most dependable, and loyal people I have ever met, and they ALWAYS show up when someone needs help.
My aunt was recently diagnosed with Soft Tissue Sarcoma and my entire family and family-friends all joined together to show their support and love for my aunt. This act of kindness that everyone has showed my family inspired me and made me realize, while I am very fortunate to have an incredibly supportive family, many others are not so fortunate. I want to use Rosie's Garden as a way to give that same kindness and love to other individuals and families who are unable to call on their loved ones for support when they need it most.
This concept also was inspired by my grandmother, Carol Matthews. My grandma was an incredibly hard working woman who had to be strong until the day she could not be strong anymore. She would always call me 'Rosie', or 'Rose Garden', so this foundation will also honor my grandma's memory.
