The James J. and Mary Edith Rhoades Foundation The James J. and Mary Edith Rhoades Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation that was founded in memory of Senator James J.

Rhoades who unexpectedly passed away in October 2008. The Rhoades Foundation promotes education, giving, and community involvement to enrich our community as a whole. We will aim to fulfill our mission by providing educational scholarships to our community’s youth and administering charitable funds to the ever-changing needs of our community.
