Hey everyone! Only about 40 hours to go until the 11th Annual Bedford Memorial Golf Tournament kicks off!
Just some key points & reminders for all of our participants/supporters:
-The event is rain or shine! Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Consider bringing a poncho, rain jacket, umbrella, etc. to stay dry throughout the day if needed.
-Registration begins at 10:30 AM, with the shotgun start at 12:00 sharp. Please try to arrive to registration no later than 11:45 so you have time to collect your gifts, grab lunch, and get to your cart for the send-off.
-NEW this year, a Yuengling rep will be present during registration to offer taste tests of their new product, Bongo Fizz! This will ONLY be during registration so don't miss out!
-We have increased our number of beverage opportunities on the course this year. We will have 2 mobile beer carts, and 1 stationary beer cart. We will have our Jell-O Shot Stand on one side of the course, and the Tito's Stand on the other side of the course - both stands will also have water!
-Guests that are not golfing are welcome to attend the reception, which includes dinner, basket auction, 50/50, and merchandise. Admission is $25 for this package.
-Speaking of merchandise - we will have a stand at the pavilion this year where you will have the opportunity to purchase Bedford Memorial swag such as hats, sweatshirts, beach towels, etc.
We cannot wait to see you all so very soon! As always, our committee is incredibly grateful for the support and generosity of our community. We hope to provide you all with a great day of golfing, refreshments, and hanging out with great people!
