Thank you to Kim Halpin for leading some of our staff in a brief meditation and chair yoga session. Working in this field we know it's important to care for ourselves and Kim was a huge help in making sure that happened yesterday!

A SPLASHING THANK YOU to Jonathan Lynch, Athletic Director at St. Lawrence University's Athletic Center (pictured), for generously donating TWO 6-month Family Fitness Center Memberships to be awarded as prizes at this year's Swim-a-Mile for Hospice on August 1 at Norwood Beach!

Be sure to register your family for Swim-a-Mile for Hospice for a chance to win! This year's event features swimming options for participants ages 4 and up, making it a fun and meaningful activity for the whole family.

What better way to teach your little ones the value of giving back while supporting a great cause? We can't wait to see you at the beach on August 1!
