From the Potsdam High School, awards went to Abigail Hughes and Emma Rutley with Kelly Bloom of the Parishville Hopkinton High School being the third recipient.

Kiwanis International will be offering virtual CLE training for incoming officers the week of August 16. There will be one (1) live session for each role and the recording will be available the following day. Each 75-minute session will be a foundational training for each position's roles, expectations, and resources available as outlined in the Leadership Guide. Following the sessions, there will be a brief facilitated Q&A opportunity.

Potsdam Kiwanis right now is having monthly hybrid meeting (in person & virtual attendees) and has at least monthly service project.
Our highway clean up is May 22.

I will be delivering these holiday cards that Kiwanis made and signed for residents and staff at United Helpers in Canton. Spreading just a little holiday joy. Total of 158 cards!

Circle K International will be hosting a virtual Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF Halloween Party this Thursday, October 29 at 6 p.m. EDT, to raise money for their service project, WASH! Certainly, the year 2020 has been like no other for all of us, but it is especially challenging for the many in our community who are struggling to make ends meet.

Foods needed includes: Canned vegetables such as beans, corn, and mixed vegetables, evaporated milk, pie crust (refrigerated or a mix), canned apple pie filling, gravy, cranberry sauce and turkey

Our next meeting is on Wednesday September 30th. Can attend in person at Ponderosa in Potsdam or can join in by virtual means if able. Just let us know how you will be attending so we can be prepared. Meeting starts at 6 pm.

It is an honor to dedicate these Bricks for our Brothers in memory of PFC Donald Stanton and PFC Ronald Tiernan in the Potsdam Ives Park Veterans Memorial! We owe them a debt of gratitude. We are thankful for this opportunity to honor them and their loved ones.
