Anderson Equine Rescue

Recently, we have rescued exquisite Arabian and Mustang horses. Thus, we created Anderson Equine Rescue a 501c3 tax deductible charity, so we may continue saving these majestic horses. We are located in Potrero Valley, CA (east county San Diego) on a 75 acre ranch that was once a horse training facility. There are large paddocks and pastures to turnout in, a race track, and miles of trails to get

the horses ready for forever homes. These beauties will need lots of love and attention as most have been sitting untrained and neglected in pipe corrals for the last seven years, never running, playing, or enjoying just being a horse. Having little human contact, we are slowly working on trust issues. Everyone will need lots of quality feed, as they are skin and bones. Also needed is general well-horse care, veterinary attention, hoof care by a farrier, and some level of training. For some of the horses this attention may be for the very first time in their lives! We will assess each horse and customize our program to fit their individual needs, so they can live a happy safe horse life in loving forever homes. The more donations and sponsors we receive will directly impact how many horses we can help. Every donation (large and small) is gratefully accepted. Sponsor a single horse or choose to pay for feed, vet, or farrier care. If you can commit to a set monthly amount that we (the horses) can count on we can confidently rescue more neglected horses.
