P**f whew we made it ITS FRIDAY!! Good Morning everyone ☀️

It has been a crazy busy week at the Chamber with renewals, welcoming new members, meetings, texts, calls, newsletters, sharing posts, making posts, visiting businesses, and spreading the word about all the amazing events coming up in Washington County!

As you head into the weekend I want you to remember just how important YOU are to small businesses. A simple visit, a shared post, a follow, a like, a comment, or stopping in to browse truly makes a difference. Supporting local does not always mean spending big money — sometimes it simply means showing up and helping spread the word.

There is PLENTY to do right here in Washington County this weekend. Shop local, eat local, attend the events, visit the boutiques, grab coffee, stop by the thrift shops, explore the attractions, and support the people working hard every single day to keep our communities thriving.

No need to go anywhere else when we have so many wonderful businesses, events, and people right here at home ❤️

We're bringing an incredible lineup of food trucks to the Potosi Town Square on Friday, June 5th 5-8pm (some have to leave at 7:30 for another event)

🔥 Band of Brothers BBQ & Catering: A First Friday favorite that seems to sell out every single time! If you're craving smoky, slow-cooked BBQ, get there early.

🌮🌶️ QuesoJitas: Bringing the flavor with Mexican inspired favorites and just the right amount of spice to keep things interesting!

🧊🍔 The Fleeing Fridge: A first-time First Friday vendor and a Potosi native! They're making a name for themselves one smashburger at a time, and we're excited to welcome them to the square!

We're raising money for our local heroes during the month of June! 🚓🇺🇸🚒
When you shop with us June 1-28, we will be taking donations at the register for our local police and fire stations to help fund their departmental needs. Help us thank those who keep our community safe by making a donation to these local departments this month! ⭐️

Due to scheduling conflicts and forecasted weather conditions, there have been several important updates to our game schedules.

🎣 Fishing Derby Make-Up Games

The annual Fishing Derby has impacted the schedules for the following divisions:

Tee Ball
Coach Pitch
Machine Pitch

Make-up game dates, times, and locations will be posted and updated through GameChanger. Please check the app regularly to ensure you have the most current information.

🌦️ Opening Day Schedule Changes

With forecasted weather affecting Opening Day activities, schedule adjustments may be necessary for:

Softball
