🚨2026 Season Announcement! 🚨

The 2026 Tallgrass Chamber Music Festival season is almost here, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

This summer’s programming features an incredible selection of masterworks, including a week of music celebrating the 250th anniversary of American independence. We’ll hear music that tells stories from across America, a rare vocal work composed by a founding father himself, and a program where we imagine what Thomas Jefferson might have chosen as Artistic Director.

We’re also welcoming an extraordinary lineup of international artists, featuring some familiar faces alongside exciting newcomers, spanning both the classical and jazz worlds.

Celebrate the season with us on Sunday, September 28 from 3 to 6 PM at Tallgrass Hall in Potosi, Wisconsin for the Annual Gala!

Enjoy a fall-themed, family-style dinner served in the barn, a welcome hour featuring classical guitarist Marcus DeJesus, and a performance by the Tallgrass Chamber Musicians.

Last Sunday, the Tallgrass 2025 season wrapped up with a dynamic afternoon concert of works by Mozart, Aguila, J. C. Bach, as well as Brahms’ monumental Op. 111 String Quintet. We are so grateful to all of our festival patrons, volunteers, artists, staff and hosts. This festival is made possible by the community that surrounds us, and it’s such a privilege each year to share this art with you.
We’ll be sharing highlights from this year’s season in coming days! In the meantime, stay tuned for more information about our broadcasts, video releases and our annual gala on September 28!

Mr. Chair was a hit during our first ever Jazz performance on June 21st at the Tallgrass Chamber Music Festival. With a standing applause, everyone was more than delighted with the sounds that filled the barn! We cannot wait to continue with more Jazz offerings!!
