I recently traveled to the Dominican Republic and spent time with Edwin, a 25-year-old who uses a wheelchair, and his mother. Hearing their story and seeing their reality touched my heart deeply.

Many of you know I’m not someone who usually asks for money. The love and support you’ve shown ZamDance over the years has already made me feel incredibly rich in spirit. But this time, I’m asking for help for a family that truly needs it.

While we face funding cuts for individuals with disabilities here in the United States, families like Edwin’s in the Dominican Republic receive little to no support at all.
