C.A.R.E is an organization that works with various animal and environmental non-profit groups to better improve animals’ lives and the world we live in.Capital Animal Rescue and Enronmental Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization Upon fostering homeless animals, we work to rehabilitate, socialize, and train each animal before they go into their forever home. We are able to do this w

ith the support of dedicated volunteers and partnering with animal rescue groups. We hope to educate and and find people who are interested in becoming a foster parent or volunteer. We provide support to new and returning fosters and adopters with guidance, training, and discounted medical fees.

Meet Ginger - he’s found his forever family!
Look at that beautiful, joyful smile! After surviving abuse where his previous owner cruelly tied his nose to prevent barking, Ginger has come such a long way. This brave boy was rescued by Taiwan SPCA and transported all the way to Capital Animal Rescue and Environmental Foundation, USA. where dedicated volunteers worked tirelessly to help him heal and find the perfect home.
Today, Ginger is absolutely beaming as he starts his new chapter! This resilient pup has stolen hearts with his forgiving spirit and that irresistible happy face - proof that love truly can overcome the darkest past.
From all of us here, we couldn’t be more thrilled for Ginger and his new family. He’s going to bring so much love, laughter, and tail wags to his forever home!

About Max: a 2-year-old hound mix, is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. He was rescued from a shelter, and since then, he’s been showing everyone just how sweet and full of life he is.

💪Health: Healthy, and neutered with up-to-date vaccines.

❤️Personality: Max loves to play—whether running in the yard, fetching toys, or exploring new places, he’s always up for an adventure. Max will happily curl up next to you when he's done playing, eager for some cuddle time. His affectionate side will melt your heart as he snuggles in, ready to relax and enjoy the warmth of your company.

-Max would do best in a home where his energetic personality is welcomed. He’s looking for an active family or individual who enjoys outdoor activities and can give him plenty of playtime.

😢Ginger's story is one of heartbreak, resilience, and triumph. At just 7 years old, this brave boy has endured a lifetime of pain no living creature should ever face. Once tied up, beaten, and abused, Ginger was left with physical scars that tell a tragic story of cruelty-one he will carry with him forever.

The most haunting mark is the permanent scar on his nose, a painful reminder of the leash that cut through his skin during those dark days.

💪However, Ginger's story doesn't end in sorrow, thanks to the dedication and compassion of countless heroes. Volunteers from the Taiwan SPCA, FOACAS, and Capital Animal Rescue came together in an extraordinary international effort to save Ginger's life. They saw beyond his scars and recognized the gentle soul within-the one who refused to give up despite the odds stacked against him.

🐶Today, Ginger is a testament to the power of love and healing. While his scars may remain, his heart and spirit have mended in ways that inspire everyone he meets. No longer a victim, Ginger is thriving. He spends his days playing, wagging his tail, and soaking up the joys of life that were once stolen from him.

🏠Now, Ginger waits patiently, his hopeful eyes lighting up with every visitor who comes to meet him. He's dreaming of the day when a loving forever family will take him home, cuddle him close, and show him the endless love he has always deserved.

Ginger is a resilient 7-year-old boy rescued from Taiwan and brought to USA.

😢 His story is one of heartbreak and resilience: Once tied up and beaten, the sweet boy bears permanent scars, most notably across his nose where a leash tore through his skin. Yet despite all the cruelty, Ginger remains a loving, gentle soul.

🙌Today he is thriving and spends his days playing with his new friends at CARE while waiting for a forever family to finally give him the love he deserves.
