Oct. 16 - How easy it is to allow our hearts to become troubled. If we look around at circumstances there will be plenty of reason to fear. But we have a wonderful God who loves & cares for us. He tells you not to let your heart be troubled. (Jn 14:1)

Oct. 15 - We may not understand why God tells us to do or say certain things. When this happens you can know that the Lord is working in you for a miracle. Let's obey Him even if we don't understand, and see what He will do. (2 Kings 3:16)

Oct. 14 - The Lord is the God of the miraculous and the supernatural. He can turn situations around without any rational explanation. Expect Him to do great things in your life and don't worry about how it will happen. (2 Kings 3:17)

Oct. 13 - Can people look at you and call you a man or a woman of God? We should live our lives in such a way that we reflect His light. Walk in faith and in the confident assurance of who you are in God. (2 Kings 1:11)

Oct. 12 - In life we deal with the temporary & eternal. The temporary things are of little value and the eternal things are what really matter. When our priority is to do what God wants we are busy with eternal things. (1 Jn2:17)

Oct. 11 - Have confidence in God's ability to rescue and deliver you. Our hope is in eternal life with God, beyond every struggle we face. Your future with God is greater than any challenge you face today. (2 Timothy 4:18)

Oct. 10 - The greatest fulfilment comes from doing God's will and purpose. There is a calling on your life. Pursue it, and do what God has prompted you to do. You are alive and that means that God still has a purpose with your life. (John 4:34)

Oct. 9 - Life is an opportunity to worship and thank God. Life is a gift from God, so use it to glorify Him. Do it now, in this very moment. God is faithful and can bring about healing and restoration. (Isaiah 38:19)

Oct. 8-The Lord wants to be your God. He offers you a covenant relationship with Himself. He changes our status from enslaved to His own people. And this assures us of His presence, guidance, and protection. (Ex.6:7)
