Previous post information

RHHA has installed a new entrance gate system requiring new card keys. During the month of October, the entrance gate will be left open to allow homeowners to swap out or buy new keys. This Saturday from noon to 3:00 p.m. Board members will be available to exchange your keys. Bring your existing key(s) and we will swap them at no charge or you can purchase a key if you do not already have one. We are limiting the number of keys swapped or purchased to 2 per household at this time. If you need to purchase a key, the cost is $35.00.
Homeowners with rentals will need to give written permission to the renter or the property management company before we will issue keys.
Additional days will be scheduled for key swaps. Watch for notifications on our portal, our page, or the entrance gates. You can also call our message phone at 208-243-9195 or send us an email at [email protected] if you have questions.

A Fall Reminder: Please do not blow or rake your leaves and pine needles into the street or the medians. Post Falls does not pick up the leaves raked into the street and the Association's landscape contract does not include picking up resident's leaves from the median strips. Thank you!

Drivers traveling the I-90 corridor from Coeur d’Alene into Post Falls should plan for several significant changes beginning this month, including:

- Starting Sept. 14: Northwest Boulevard westbound on-ramp to I-90 will close for approximately two weeks while crews complete drainage work and final paving.
-Mid-Oct: All westbound traffic on I-90 will shift to the south side of the interstate while crews reconstruct the north side over the next 12 months.
-Mid-Oct: Huetter Road will close under I-90 for approximately two weeks as crews continue bridge work.

We’re sharing these upcoming changes now so drivers have time to plan ahead!

Be advised that due to the fires in the region- RHHA has decided to temporarily disable the grills at Beach Park. We will be placing signs on the grills reflecting this. This is expected to last about a month, or maybe 6 weeks, depending on how the summer and the fires go.

Given the regular watering around our parks, the grills are viewed to be safe despite the conditions- and it's really no different than any other year for us. However, the extreme nature of the pressure on local fire departments this year is something the board has recognized and we are sympathetic. This has been an unusual year. We can also see burn bans have been put into effect to try to help. While these don't appear to apply directly to the grills in our private parks, it seemed to appropriate to be supportive in this way.

We plan to re-enable the grills once the conditions have eased. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding
