A wise friend once said, “Flowers are meant to be shared.” Today, we “share” with you some of the stunning arrangements created by our Tri-Club members for our Portsmouth Tour last Saturday. Thank you to the hardworking and talented arrangers from Elizabeth River Garden Club, Franklin Garden Club, and Nansemond River Garden Club. More pictures to come!

The day cannot end without saying thank you to all of the sponsors, homeowners, flower arrangers, hostesses, and many other amazing volunteers who made Historic Garden Week in Portsmouth such a success. We also want to thank each guest who supported the efforts of the Garden Club of Virginia to restore and preserve public gardens and historical properties by participating in the tour. It was such a lovely day! 🌸 More pictures of tour day to come!

Our Tour Headquarters is located at The Woman’s Club of Portsmouth, 304 Sycamore Road. There are so many reasons to stop by! Here are just a few…
🪻Bartlett Tree Service will be there to answer your horticultural questions, and provide free tree saplings! (10:00-1:00)
🪻Gorgeous flower arrangements have been created by our club members!
🪻Restrooms are available all day!
🪻You can purchase day-of tickets or exchange your advance ticket for your wristband.
🪻Tour information will be available!
🪻You can enjoy an incredible display of Virginia’s Native Plants.
🪻Displays and information about Paradise Creek and Hoffler Creek will be available.
🪻Lunch! If you preordered a box lunch, it will be ready for you!
🪻Complimentary valet parking!!
