Our mission will always be for others. Our sights set on veterans and adaptive athletes who don’t hear “can’t”. Those individuals who owe it to themselves to try and therefore succeed.

Adaptive athlete and teammate is starting to dive into the Paralympic world in bobsledding.
Check out what he has to say after his first “push camp.”

**Push Camp LONG WINDED APPRECIATION/ RECAP DAY 1/3**

Going in as a rookie to a brand new sport such as Bobsled is exhilarating and also nerve wracking. One constant thing I’ve had in my athlete life is a team behind the scenes.

I arrived Thursday afternoon to Lake Placid, NY after 5 plus hours of travel, met the team and our coaches that evening. One of which is an absolute legend - please give her a follow and support her journey to the Olympics (our push coach is an Aussie BEAST!)

First day: Friday. I woke up and did some crossfit training , smashed second breakfast and headed to the Dryland Push House to learn how to push a Bobsled efficiently (First day here). We started building the foundation for what can literally be the difference between winning and losing a Bobsled competition by a matter of milliseconds. To clarify, this is a small part of what the sport entails (IMO). Combined with one’s piloting skills, pushing is what helps get the fastest time from the top of the track to the bottom, resulting in a GOLD winning event.

In the afternoon, we were able to go into the ice house and start implementing the tips and tricks from the morning on ICE. We made small adjustments that ended in a successful training day. I was constantly asking for feedback - what did I NOT do and NEED to do to be better!

Repost from

Don’t listen to the haters when they ask you why you spend so much time training.

Don’t listen to the naysayers who tell you that you don’t have your priorities straight (esp if you’re a mom and they’re a mom because who does that? We’re all just doing our best out here.).

Agree with people who say you’re obsessed because it's totally okay to be dedicated to something you love.

Put in the work when people are looking and especially when they’re not. But you can’t do it for them. Do it for you. You have to be your own motivation.

Do everything you can to make your dreams come true. Even when you think they may never happen. Because sometimes dreams do come true. Nothing is impossible. Dream big. ❤️ ✨

I love every single person that has ever believed in me or helped me along the way. You are truly good and selfless people all.

And I want to thank the people who tried to stop me even those that succeeded for a time. Knowing that those people exist makes me want to succeed all the more.

I am THRILLED to announce that is partnering up with (the first RECOVERY HIGHSCHOOL in our area) to bring into their curriculum! I first heard Leah speak at a community event hosted by and I was in awe at her vision. When they reached out about helping these kids it was a no brainer! If we can reach these students earlier in life and prevent decades of suffering, needless death and show them there IS a way out then you can count me ALL IN! Thank you for letting me sign us up for all the things. If you want to know how you can help shoot me a message, and shoutout to my squad we already have two volunteer coach’s on deck.
