The club recently had a very successful Take A Paws event thanks to the Therapy Dogs who came to visit and their amazing handlers! This was our second year in a row hosting this event before finals to try to relieve some of the stress that comes along with the end of the semester. Thank you so much for everyone who stopped by to say hi and steal some puppy love! 🐾💙

It’s time for the annual Santa Paws event! Come get a photo with your pet and Santa!! December 17th between 5:00-7:00 pm. There will be a professional photographer! All we ask is you bring a donation if possible to put towards our shelter donation drive!! If interested please fill out this google form to secure your spot! We hope to see you there🐾

The vet tech club is hosting a shelter drive!! There will be a box in the lobby of the college if anyone is interested in donating! Also if anyone has any shelters they want the club to donate to please don’t hesitate to reach out!!! 🐾

Second Year Vet Tech students are currently learning how to read and differentiate blood smears, white blood cells and red blood cells as well as how to run tests and understand pathophysiology! Look at those beautiful smears! 🩸🔬🐕

Community Pet Care Initiative – Rabies Clinic
This year, we’re reaching out to the local community to help you care for your pets. We know how busy life gets, and it can be hard to keep up with important vaccinations. Let us help you keep your dogs and cats healthy!

Services Offered:
Rabies Vaccination: $20
Wisdom Panel DNA Test: $130
For dogs and cats over 12 weeks of age
Pets must be in secure carriers or on leashes
