On August 10, more Villagers took to the water to explore New Castle's Back Islands and Little Harbor, enjoying a beautiful day that was ideal for paddling. Some kayakers rented equipment from Esther's Marina LLC, a perfect launch point for exploring this stretch of the Seacoast, and the whole team set off from there together.

With two big elections coming up this fall, we wanted to make sure our community has the information they need to vote with confidence.

On Wednesday, August 12th at 10 AM, we are hosting a free Zoom session with Ursula Maldonado and Sarah Ortiz from Open Democracy NH - a nonpartisan group that helps NH voters understand what has changed and what to expect at the polls.

They'll walk through the latest updates to NH voting laws, absentee voting, and what you need to bring on election day. Whether you vote in person or by mail, this is worth an hour of your time.

It's free and open to everyone -not just SVP members. Bring a friend!

NH Gives is a 24-hour statewide fundraising campaign and ours is live right now. Every donation of $50 or more to Seacoast Village Project will be matched dollar for dollar up to $1,500 — but only if we raise the full amount by 10pm tonight.

We're excited to be one of 34 nonprofit organizations at the Nonprofit Showcase to be held this Thursday, April 23, 5:00 - 7:00 PM, in the Secret Garden Room at The Brook (formerly the Seabrook Casino), 314 Zealand Road, Seabrook, NH. Learn more about the work we do to support seniors aging at home and explore a host of other organizations that are active in our community.
