Island Community Tennis Association

Island Community Tennis Association Island Community Tennis Association (ICTA) was founded by a group of dedicated volunteers including USPTA tennis professionals to offer tennis programs.

ICTA will collaborate with the newly formed Portsmouth Recreation Department to offer the following: lessons, camps, adult leagues, junior tennis team (JTT), community play days, and Pickle Ball.
