Do you love bringing people together, making events run smoothly, and creating welcoming experiences? We’re looking for a House Manager + Private Event Coordinator to join the 3S Artspace team!

This full-time role combines front of house leadership for events with coordinating private rentals from planning through event day. You’ll work with clients, artists, vendors, staff, and guests to bring gatherings to life here at 3S in Portsmouth, NH.

If you’re organized, hospitality-minded, great at problem solving, and excited to be part of a vibrant arts community, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re happy to welcome Kyle Perzanoski to the 3S Artspace Board of Directors!

Kyle is Branch Manager at Needham Bank and says he’s been in the banking industry longer than most people have been alive (😱). What he loves most about his work is the opportunity to connect with and support the community he serves every day, whether that’s a longtime customer, a local business owner, an employee, or even the occasional dog or cat (he works at a pet-friendly branch!).

For Kyle, his role goes beyond providing financial services. He strives to be an unbiased listener, an educator, and a trusted financial partner, helping individuals and businesses navigate decisions and move from point A to B. He takes his responsibility as a fiduciary seriously and has built his career around transparency, accountability, and trust.

At the end of the day, Kyle simply loves helping people. He’s excited to bring that same spirit of connection and community to 3S Artspace and support the artists, programs, and experiences that bring people together.

Outside of work, Kyle is a music and movie buff, so if you ever need a recommendation, come find him! Welcome, Kyle!

Together, a shared focus in the Gallery emerges in a dialogue on how we act, how we endure, and how our choices ripple through ourselves, others, and the planet. Visitors will move from intimate observation to bold visual narratives to luminous, contemplative installations, experiencing a rich spectrum of human stories.
