Portsmouth Civic Chorale - Portsmouth, OH Portsmouth Civic Chorale exists to make difference in the lives of our singers and our community thro Varney. Membership is by invitation or audition only.

The Portsmouth Civic Chorale is a dedicated group of around 40 experienced choral singers who enjoy making beautiful choral music. The PCC was founded as the Portsmouth Community Orchestra Chorale in 1994 and appeared annually with the Portsmouth Community Orchestra/Wind Symphony for their Christmas Concert until 2015. In addition to presenting a Christmas concert, we join the chancel choir of Sec

ond Presbyterian church to present a sacred concert, "An Hour of Sacred Song," each fall honoring the memory our beloved founding conductor, Charles P. All donations are applied to the principal of a scholarship fund at the Scioto Foundation bearing his name.
