God is doing great things at CRADLE! I’m excited to share a Walk and ministry update! Over 200 people came out for the Walk for Life to uplift Jesus, proclaim that all life born and preborn is of immeasurable worth, and to show their support of CRADLE. We are so grateful for everyone who attended the Walk and for those that sponsored and donated! With the help of a few last-minute donations, our goal was reached! We are so thankful for the provision of God through our wonderful supporters! The love and backing that you show this ministry means more than we can express. Thank you so much!
In the last year, since we gathered for the Walk for Life in 2024, the Lord allowed us to conduct 710 Bible studies. That is 710 different times that the Word of God was taught and explained to our clients. We were blessed to serve 388 families and 647 children. Because of God’s great provision through our faithful supporters, we were able to give out 3,756 maternity resources. That number isn’t individual diapers. That number represents cribs, car seats, highchairs, strollers, bouncy seats, clothes, shoes, coats, diaper bags, nursing pillows, bottles, formula, and a large variety of other needed items. Praise the Lord, only God could do that! We were able to teach 1,157 lessons on parenting education, give biblical counsel, help, encourage, and present the gospel 65 times. Out of those 65 times, 21 men and women accepted Jesus as their personal Saviour and are now Christian moms and dads! What an eternal difference that has made in their lives and also in the lives of their children! There is nothing greater than to lead the lost to Christ and to see them transformed by the Holy Spirit! Jesus makes all the difference!
Recently, a young woman was being counseled at CRADLE who was looking to have an abortion. After godly counsel, that woman decided against having an abortion and chose life for her baby! Praise the Lord! Hearts are being touched and lives are being changed for the better. God has his hand on this ministry and we give Him all of the glory for the great things He has done!
Serving at CRADLE is a work with eternal rewards. I thank God for the opportunity to work with these caring people in this life-changing ministry. There are many ways to become a part of CRADLE. I ask that you pray and seek God about this ministry. If you feel like you’re being led to CRADLE, please let us know. We would love to have you! There is a place for everyone to serve.
We are currently seeking a Client Coordinator which is a paid, part-time position. The Client Coordinator’s primary job would be working directly with the clients during their appointments. If you would like more information about this position, we would be happy to speak with you! This work is more than just a paycheck, it is an opportunity to make a lasting, positive difference in the lives of others.
We plan to have another Free Community Giveaway at CRADLE, on October 16th. This giveaway will be open to everyone in the surrounding communities, not only CRADLE clients. We will be handing out Bibles, diapers, wipes, rash cream, clothes (sizes preemie to 5T), and a variety of other items. Please spread the word! We want to be a blessing to as many people as we can!
