We were thrilled to attend The Ohio Manufacturers' Association dynamic 2024 Workforce Summit! 🌟 From listening to Jon Husted's insightful keynotes to diving deep into discussions on AI and manufacturing, we're inspired and grateful to be shaping Ohio's workforce future as an OMA Endorsed ISP.

Lt. Gov. Jon Husted's words truly capture the challenge: "We are making things in America again and Ohio is the place to do that. But the challenge will be, can we create enough of a well-trained, available workforce to take advantage of the prosperity that we're beginning to create."

What are your thoughts? How can we best prepare and train the next generation to keep Ohio ahead in manufacturing?
