🌲✨ As we continue celebrating our National Parks, we're spotlighting Julia from our CIEE BridgeUSA International Sales Team and the place where her cultural exchange journey began.

"These photos were taken 10 years apart. In the first, I was a BridgeUSA participant living my best summer, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, unforgettable adventures, and incredible wildlife. In the second, I'm preparing to start a new chapter with CIEE, helping more international students experience the same life-changing opportunities.
Yosemite will always hold a special place in my heart. It's where my journey began, and I hope it becomes the backdrop for countless memories, friendships, and adventures for future participants."

All month long, we'll be highlighting some of the incredible national parks across the United States. Many CIEE BridgeUSA participants are lucky enough to live and work in or nearby these unforgettable destinations, experiencing their beauty every day.

August is National Park Month in the U.S.,🇺🇸 and there's no better time to celebrate the incredible landscapes, wildlife, and adventures our national parks have to offer! Whether you're spending your CIEE BridgeUSA program working in or near a national park, or exploring one during your travel period, we hope you have the chance to make the most of these iconic destinations.

National parks are a source of inspiration for CIEE staff, too! Throughout the month, we'll be highlighting some of our favorite parks and sharing stories from CIEE team members who have visited them firsthand. To kick things off, join us as Cady K. shares about her unforgettable adventure to Grand Canyon National Park! 🌄

"I wasn't prepared for just how vast and colorful the Grand Canyon would be. It feels like it stretches on forever. Exploring the Southwest for the first time in 2025, I started at the Grand Canyon and then continued on to Canyonlands and Arches, each one feeling like a completely different world from what I'm used to in the Northeast. Every park offered something uniquely spectacular, making each turn feel like a new discovery. Sharing those moments of wonder with my toddler made the experience even more meaningful. It also left me grateful for the people and efforts that help preserve these remarkable places, so future generations can experience their magic for years to come!" ~ Cady K.

🚨 Whistles ready. Eyes on the water. Summer memories in the making. 🚨

This Lifeguard Appreciation Day, we're giving a huge shoutout to the CIEE BridgeUSA Camp Counselors who serve as lifeguards at camps across the United States.

Whether they're supervising swim lessons, leading waterfront activities, or responding when campers need help, lifeguards make camp safer and more fun for everyone.
