Exciting news! 🎉

FIRST (the world's largest youth robotics community) and Destination Imagination are joining forces to expand STEAM learning for students everywhere.

Kids learn best when they can build, make, and explore. This alliance brings together robotics and creative problem-solving so more young people can develop the skills they'll use for life: teamwork, resilience, innovation, and creative confidence.

Oh my goodness, these Ukrainian teams are so inspirational! Many of them are living away from their homes, their school classes are held in bomb shelters for safety and still they CREATE, INNOVATE and COMPETE.

War couldn't stop them.

Ukrainian kids held regional tournaments in bomb shelters, traveled by train across a continent, and made it to Global Finals in Kansas City.

Jenn DeBarge Goonan captured why DI matters: it's not about the competition. It's about giving kids the freedom to create, solve problems their own way, and discover they're not alone.

Read her full story and learn three ways you can help more young people find a place where their ideas belong. 💙
