Please join us in congratulating Fernando Salas, who has officially stepped into the Executive Director role here at CCI! Although he has big shoes to fill, Fernando himself has been with CCI for over 17 years. He first began as a DCW (DSP), and then worked his way up to Program Manager, Program Director/Behavior Professional, and now CEO! We know Jennifer would be proud to see his professional growth, and we look forward to the years ahead under Fernando's leadership. Congratulations Fernando!!

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that Jennifer Pruden-Gay, Executive Director and CEO of CCI, passed away on Tuesday February 10th, 2026.

Jenn began at CCI in August of 2006 as a Program Manager and worked her way up to the CEO where she led with integrity and dedication, eventually amassing over 30 years of experience overall in the field.

She loved her family, her pets, going on cruises, Disney, and drag queens (to name a few things!) and cared deeply for the I/DD community, CCI and all of the staff within.

Jenn was caring and kind, and she and her impact on the world will be greatly missed. Please keep her family and those closest to her in your thoughts during this difficult time.
